I also lead global innovation for Toilet Duck, with the Fresh Brush product being the most successful innovation in the market for a decade.
At Select Service Partner, I lead a team that created and rolled out the Panopolis bakery café brand across 12 countries, achieving sales growth of 25-45% above the units it replaced. The brand consistently outranked competitors like Costa Coffee in customer satisfaction and product quality scores.
