With a diverse career spanning senior roles at Eurotunnel, P&O Ferries, Balfour Beatty, AQA, and more, I’ve delivered marketing strategies that have achieved meaningful results across sectors. 

At Eurotunnel, I ran ad campaigns that drove a 20% revenue uplift in ticket sales, amidst rising competition from low-cost airlines. At P&O Ferries, I transformed the approach to Direct Marketing from mass mailings to targeted campaigns, cutting costs and improving effectiveness. I also launched a loyalty scheme that generated £1.5M in incremental revenue within 12 months. 

At Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Services, I managed brand and marketing communications, driving alignment and coherence across all brand and sub-brands. And at AQA, I successfully launched 16 new GCSE and A-level qualifications, championing CRM adoption and optimising customer journeys, which improved engagement and boosted market share in key subjects.
