I bring a highly commercial approach to growth and marketing, blending deep expertise in sales and marketing with a broad business skillset honed throughout my corporate career. My experience spans multiple business functions, culminating in founding and scaling my own SME, where I put these skills to work. 

I’m laser-focused on metrics, results, and doing fewer things exceptionally well rather than diluting impact by spreading investments too thin. This philosophy, combined with a “bootstrapping” mindset and strategic use of functional experts when needed, enabled me to grow Allanda into a market leader. We achieved consistent double-digit growth, earned Feefo Gold Status for outstanding customer service, and ultimately attracted acquisition interest from a larger player in our sector, leading to a successful exit ahead of schedule. 

Whether it’s doubling profit for a well-known consumer brand in three years or doubling sales for a B2B business with a minimal budget by optimizing distributor effectiveness, I excel at crafting plans that tightly integrate marketing and sales.
