From rebranding iconic institutions to delivering multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact, I’ve spent over 25 years helping businesses connect with their audiences and achieve growth. My expertise spans diverse sectors, including finance, technology, retail, non-profits, healthcare, and sports, where I’ve successfully delivered strategies that align with commercial objectives and resonate with customers. 

At Principality Building Society, I led a rebrand and oversaw the launch of the commercial sponsorship of Principality Stadium, driving over 50% growth in brand awareness and positive association. At V12 Retail Finance, I worked with partners such as AO.com and Mamas & Papas, creating sector-specific campaigns that achieved a 400% ROI in the first year. Meanwhile, at Optimum Credit, I developed a PR strategy that positioned executives as industry experts and launched a ‘further lending’ campaign with an impressive 15% response rate. 

 I contributed to the world of sport as a Non-Executive Board Director for Welsh Cycling, where I oversaw marketing and communications to support the organisation’s mission and engage the cycling community. 

Fun facts
  • Quiz Master: I love quizzes and, as well as taking part in local pub and charity quizzes, I’ve been a contestant on Radio 2’s Popmaster and Channel 4’s Countdown – the latter when I was only 15! 
  • Cold Water Addict: I regularly go cold water dipping and love swimming in the sea, even in the winter. I absolutely love it, but haven’t yet managed to explain why!
