At MasterCard, I spearheaded a digital transformation programme for an international travel money product across 23 countries. Relaunched in just seven months, the platform increased digital sales by 40% and reduced customer support calls by 30%.
For private equity owned software businesses, I have shaped new market strategies, delivered new partner programmes, rebranded, rebooted marketing teams and secured seven figure investment into mobile and digital financial services software.
