Led comprehensive marketing restructuring and transformation projects across four markets over seven years, aligning marketing efforts with sales initiatives to boost client acquisition and retention in both B2B and B2C environments. This included restructuring marketing teams, developing actionable marketing plans – as well as serving as a fractional marketing director in various locations when required. As a result, marketing became recognised as a vital ‘investment’ rather than as a ‘cost’, contributing to the turnaround of previously loss-making businesses into profitable operations.
