My 25+ years of experience spans diverse industries—SaaS, telecommunications, healthcare, and more—working with everyone from global giants like BT and Microsoft to exciting start-ups and charities. 

I'm a marketing leader with a knack for building high-performing teams and crafting compelling brand stories. At Kantar, I spearheaded a digital shift, delivering global campaigns that achieved £180m+ growth. At Telefonica, I led initiatives supporting £200m+ growth, including transforming a 100+ person cross-functional team. 

In the start-up world, I co-created the brand and positioning for IVF Babble, engaging 4.5 million people and attracting 35,000 active subscribers. I'm equally passionate about helping SMEs scale and thrive. I've proven my ability to coach businesses, secure investment, and diversify strategies, leading to a 2.8% uplift in lead generation and 1.8% growth in the pipeline within three months at Keyloop, exceeding revenue targets by 40% YoY, and achieving an 8% sales performance improvement and £250M+ revenue increase at Telefonica, and also accelerated revenue growth by an average of 4.7% per market.
