As a strategic marketer with multi-sector experience, I have led integrated marketing campaigns and managed marketing businesses. At Barratt London, I replaced the Director of Marketing to implement a departmental restructure, introducing new ways of working and creating best practice operating systems and procedures. This initiative generated annual savings of over £1.5 million by adopting an automated model of marketing asset production and a more efficient resourcing model. At Barratt Homes and David Wilson, I led rebranding efforts to enhance brand positioning and identity, ensuring differentiation between the two brands. At Linden Homes, I analyzed brand presence and consistency to maximize its potential at the point of purchase and at different stages in the customer journey. I also provided consultancy advice and implementation in developing a private sector value proposition for Neilcott Construction.
