About me
With over 20 years of experience in FMCG, Retail and Manufacturing, I have worked with global brands like Coca-Cola, Schwarzkopf, Premier Foods, and Shell. My career now focuses on SMEs, delivering strong results by thinking strategically and collaborating to make things happen. I have a solid understanding of techniques in brand development, lead generation, conversion, and retention. My experience is broad, drawing from agency and in-house roles, I have led teams and honed skills in campaign planning, digital, content creation, copywriting and e-commerce. I led a Schwarzkopf haircare brand to achieve no.1 market position and 20% value growth vs previous year, trading with the major UK retailers. At a premium food start up, I drove ecommerce revenue up by 80% following a conversion rate optimisation project and website customer journey redesign. At Incentivesmart, a Saas loyalty platform provider, I built the brand proposition, Marketing strategy and commercial pipeline process to generate new leads and improve conversion rates along the pipeline. The new approach generated 300 leads and nearly £1m pipeline value in 12 months. At Munchfit Fitness Food, I was responsible for marketing across three channels: meal plan subscriptions, cafes, and retail. In Q1 2022, we achieved record revenues and a 50% increase vs 2021 following a targeted campaign to drive new sales and repeat purchases. Later in the same year I led a Seedrs crowdfund campaign and helped to raise £1.1m investment.
