About me
With extensive experience across sectors from tech start-ups, education, health & social care to global travel brands, I specialise in taking a deep dive into business commercial and customer data, to create marketing strategies that deliver positive and measurable business outcomes.
As Co-founder of tech start up COGNECT, I built an integrated mobile app and software platform for people living with Dementia, developing a new brand based on deep market mapping and customer research. Knowledge which I utilised as the fractional marketing director of The Huntington and Langham Estate a specialist dementia care home.
In the educational travel sector, at COGO UK & Ireland, I led product innovation and market development, driving a 49% increase in revenue in the first year. My role also included managing the acquisition and merger of the business with private equity, ensuring a seamless transition while sustaining growth. At Next Generation Travel I led a period of digital marketing transformation, with the introduction of a CRM and new website driving conversion growth of 30%. During my tenure at TUI Adventure & Education, I oversaw a £56 million portfolio, leading a customer-focused growth strategy and digital transformation of both B2B and B2C websites. This work improved SEO rankings and boosted lead conversions, enhancing the business's competitive edge.

- I once organised a Solar eclipse viewing event for 150 astronomers in French Polynesia and built a camp site on a remote Atol to view the Eclipse from.
- I'm a qualified tennis coach and use this training when mentoring and developing marketing teams.
