About me

I’ve built my career on helping businesses identify and overcome barriers to growth. At Tile Giant, I created and drove the delivery of their strategy which transformed their position in the market, resulting in £multi-million investment in the business, a double-digit increase in like-for-like sales for re-branded stores and a subsequent successful sale of the business. 

My ability to bring teams together and secure organisational buy-in ensured long-lasting impact. 

In my consultancy work with D C White Engineering, I supported the business owner in repositioning the brand and targeting investment effectively. Together, we achieved revenue growth of 100% and fundamentally created a much more sales-oriented culture. Whether working with large corporations like B&Q or SMEs across various industries, I thrive on creating tailored solutions that deliver tangible outcomes. 

Throughout my career, I’ve been recognised for my ability to simplify complex challenges and transform them into actionable strategies. From leading CRM programmes at Thomas Cook that drove incremental revenue of £30 million to managing award-winning campaigns for WH Smith, including turning the Clubcard scheme into making a profit of £1m, my focus remains on delivering results that resonate with both businesses and customers. 

Fun facts
  • Passionate for all things sustainable, I challenged myself to see how long I could keep my car on the road using my local garage, my own DIY skills and parts from eBay – it has recently had to go the carpark in the sky, but not before clocking up 267,000 miles! 
  • I made my own cider this year, using an old-fashioned cider press and ChatGPT – using the AI tool to feed in info and photos, at every stage of the process, I was able to produce decent quality drinkable cider. Even though at one stage it seemed spoiled, ChatGPT told me how to solve the issue!
