Latterly, as an interim or part time marketing director, he has operated in funded startup businesses and SME’s in a variety of sectors including construction, medical, professional services, leisure, online retail and digital marketing businesses.

Re-shape strategic plans. Activity has included building a marketing team, rebranding and an ongoing awareness / lead generation programme (inc TV advertising) which has resulted in spectacular ROI. Digital leads have risen from around 250 to over 2,500 per month. Turnover has increased five fold.

Network Space / NSM

Three year involvement with this industrial property developer and property management group. Working with Directors to clarify brand offering and successfully raising company profile, targeting large property funds and Landlords. Three major investment partnerships secured in 2019 / 2020.

Genlec

Built a marketing strategy; developing and executing a successful business development campaign targeting tier 1 and tier 2 construction companies for their M&E services. Two major multimillion pound contracts were secured in 2019 / 20.

Baywater Healthcare

Helped the CEO to re-energise a non-core division. Activity including the set up of an e-commerce site, targeted lead generation and telemarketing. Number of clients rose in the first year by 35% generating an additional £380k in sales.
