About me
As a Chartered Marketer with over two decades of experience, I have led marketing initiatives in both large corporates and small companies within the B2B technology sector, including hardware, software, services, cloud/SaaS, and open source. As Marketing Director at MESTEC, I created a centralised approach and a more cohesive and effective marketing strategy empowering them to achieve 40% growth in revenue. Whilst at Alfresco, as Director of EMEA & APAC Marketing, I built and developed a multi-region marketing team that supported significant direct and channel business growth, achieving a 200% increase in new business leads, and doubled leads from joint partner activity. During my tenure at IBM as UK Marketing Director for Collaboration Solutions, I managed the pipeline, channel strategy, and social media initiatives, successfully breaking down business unit silos to eliminate a $6m pipeline gap and create 6.6x pipeline cover.
In addition to my corporate experience, I have co-founded and led charitable organisations, such as Belles on Bikes, a women-only community cycling club that has grown to a diverse following of 432 members, fostering community engagement and promoting healthy lifestyles.
