From launching top-selling beauty products to rebranding family favourites, I’ve built a career helping businesses create meaningful connections with their customers. With over 25 years of experience across FMCG, healthcare, consumer goods and leisure, I bring a pragmatic approach to identifying business challenges and delivering tailored marketing solutions. 

At Organix, I transformed the Goodies line through a strategic rebranding and website relaunch, driving 30% year-on-year growth. At Liz Earle Beauty Co., I led multi-channel campaigns and new product launches, securing the top-selling product spot at John Lewis and achieving a 60% increase in customer acquisition during international expansion efforts. My diverse experience spans senior marketing roles at WHSmith, Argos, Mattel, and PepsiCo, allowing me to develop expertise in digital marketing, product development, e-commerce, and partnership campaigns.

Beyond my professional career, I serve as Chair of Governors at my local primary school, where I lead governance with a focus on stakeholder communication and strategy development. And as a member of the Inclusion Advisory Group for Hampshire FA, I collaborate on initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within local grassroots football.  

Fun facts
  • Against the Run of Play: I’m a UEFA C football coach with a passion for girls' football; it’s all corner kicks, camaraderie and convincing kids there’s more to football than playing striker! 
  •  If it’s not on Strava, did it even happen:  I love to get out for a run; it’s supposed to be good for my headspace; but it’s tracking the stats that keeps me going (too competitive for my own good!)
