About me

I’ve built a career on creating customer-focused strategies that drive tangible results. At TotallyMoney, I took the helm of the marketing team as Chief Marketing Officer and led the launch of a new brand platform that placed purpose at its core. By weaving this mission across all customer touchpoints, I was able to improve the effectiveness of the CRM programme with deeper segmentation and personalisation. This approach led to a measurable uplift in monthly app engagement and product take-up.  

In my time at OFX in Sydney, I spearheaded a global rebrand, which included the brand’s US launch driving a year-on-year uplift of 25% in revenue. I introduced CRM capabilities, developing the strategy and implementing Salesforce as the new CRM system, bringing in an additional $2m in revenue in its first year. Additionally, I crafted a B2B strategy that utilised pipeline management, partner engagement and events, resulting in a shift in revenue mix to more profitable business customers. 

With experience spanning both B2B and B2C markets, I thrive on identifying opportunities and turning them into actionable marketing plans. From refining CRM systems to crafting integrated campaigns, I am passionate about achieving results that resonate with customers and drive sustainable growth.
